Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account data: name, email address, and a hashed password when you create an account.
• Intervals.icu connection: your personal Intervals.icu API key and athlete id, provided when you connect an account.
• Training data: AI-Intervals does not store a copy of your training data. It reads data on demand from Intervals.icu (with your key) only when a connected assistant or calendar request asks for it, and passes the result straight back.
• Usage logs: a short audit log of write actions performed through MCP tools (tool name, timestamp, and a brief summary), and basic request logging for security and rate limiting.

2. How we use and store it

• Account data is used to operate your account and to let you connect AI assistants.
• Intervals.icu API keys are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) with a per-deployment key and are decrypted only in memory, briefly, when making Intervals.icu requests on your behalf. They are never displayed back to you or logged in plain text.
• Audit logs are stored in our database to help you review what assistants have changed and to investigate misuse.
• Passwords are hashed with scrypt; we never store plain-text passwords.

3. Data retention

• Audit logs are retained for a rolling period (typically 90 days) and then deleted.
• You may delete your API tokens at any time from the dashboard; revoked tokens stop working immediately.
• You can request account deletion by contacting us (details in section 5); we will remove your account and its associated stored data.

4. Third-party sharing

• We share your Intervals.icu API key with Intervals.icu itself — that is the only third party we make authenticated training requests to, and only to fetch or write the data you ask an assistant to act on.
• We do not sell your data.
• Hosting is provided by Railway; your data is processed and stored on infrastructure managed by our hosting provider in line with their standard terms.
