Terms of Service

1. The Service

AI-Intervals is an independent product, not affiliated with or endorsed by Intervals.icu. It lets you connect an AI assistant to your own Intervals.icu training account. You are responsible for maintaining your own Intervals.icu account and API key and for complying with Intervals.icu's terms.

2. Accounts and Access

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions your AI assistant performs using your API tokens.
• You may revoke API tokens at any time from your dashboard.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, access another user's data, disrupt the Service, or reverse engineer, copy, or resell it.

4. Training and Wellness Data

AI-Intervals reads your training and wellness data from Intervals.icu on demand and relays it to your AI assistant. We do not store a copy of your training data. See our Privacy Policy.

5. No Professional Advice

The Service and any AI output are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute professional coaching, medical, or fitness advice. You are solely responsible for training decisions. Always consult a qualified professional before significant changes to your training or health.

6. Fees and Payment

The Service may offer free and paid ("Pro") tiers. Pro fees are set out at checkout and billed in advance through our payment provider. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard, which removes your account and associated stored data. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for operational or legal reasons.

8. Consumer Guarantees (Australia)

Nothing in these Terms excludes any non-excludable guarantee you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. If a major failure occurs, you are entitled to a replacement or refund and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Subject to section 8, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. We may update these Terms from time to time; your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions: support@ai-intervals.app.
